A practical conversation. A useful next step.
Invite Dr. Garret Gay to speak to your team, organization, or community. His approach connects health, daily habits, movement, recovery, and personal responsibility in language people can put to work.
The goal is a room that leaves with a clearer understanding and a realistic next step. The topic and format can be shaped around your audience, your event, and what you want people to take away.
Invite Dr. Garret →A perspective built around people and performance.
Dr. Garret Gay is the founder and chiropractor behind Primal Chiropractic & Fitness in Gastonia, North Carolina. He graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2023 and brings the perspective of a former college baseball player to his interest in fitness, discipline, and recovery.
His work at Primal connects Adapt, Move, Produce, and Recover. On stage or in a smaller group conversation, the focus is helping people understand those connections and make purposeful decisions in everyday life.
Choose a direction. Make it personal.
Health Is Built, Not Found
Connect the four Primal pillars to the choices people make across an ordinary day. Build a foundation that people can understand and revisit.
Consistency Over Intensity
Explore realistic routines, follow-through, and ways to keep moving when schedules and motivation change.
Performance Beyond the Playing Field
Connect the lessons of sport—preparation, discipline, recovery, and teamwork—to everyday function and personal goals.
Recovery, Capacity, and Showing Up
Bring attention to rest, daily demands, and the habits that support a more sustainable routine.
Ownership of Your Health
Encourage useful questions, ongoing learning, and a more active role in building health with appropriate professional support.
These are starting directions for planning a talk. Tell us what matters to your audience so the message can fit your people.
Built around the room you bring.
A focused talk
A clear message for a team meeting, lunch-and-learn, community gathering, or event session.
A practical workshop
A conversation with reflection, discussion, and simple ideas participants can adapt to their own routines.
A moderated conversation or Q&A
Bring your questions into a more personal, interactive format with your group.
Share your available time, audience size, location, and preferred format. Topic, duration, availability, and any fees are confirmed directly before an engagement is booked.
For teams, workplaces, and communities.
Speaking inquiries are welcome from workplaces, athletic programs, schools, churches, community organizations, and event hosts. Each audience brings different experiences, priorities, and questions.
Tell us who will be in the room, what you want them to leave with, and any accessibility or event requirements. A specific faith-oriented topic can be discussed when that suits the host and audience; the conversation can also remain focused on general health and habits.
