Using the website and My Primal
These terms apply to the public Primal Chiropractic & Fitness website and My Primal member portal. My Primal is the member hub; coaching and other services are optional features based on enrollment and permissions. Accounts are invitation-only. Membership, payment, cancellation, service agreements, and exercise waivers are governed by the specific terms provided when you enroll or purchase; website access does not purchase a service.
Your account and communications
Use your own account, keep sign-in credentials private, provide accurate information, and tell Primal about suspected unauthorized access. Do not share another member’s information, impersonate someone, harass others, upload unlawful content, or attempt to bypass access controls. Staff access is limited by assigned roles. Primal may restrict access to address misuse or security concerns; questions about underlying paid services should be directed to Primal.
Education, coaching, and emergencies
Public articles and resources provide general education and do not establish a provider-patient relationship or replace individualized professional advice. Fitness coaching supports exercise and wellness goals and is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Follow relevant exercise restrictions and seek qualified medical guidance when needed. Messages, inquiries, intakes, and notifications are not monitored continuously and are not emergency services. For an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Scheduling, submissions, and privacy
A submitted inquiry or scheduling request is not a confirmed appointment unless you receive confirmation. Availability may change. Submit only information relevant to the feature and do not send other people’s private records without authority. Primal processes submissions as described in the Privacy Policy to operate the site and provide services; you retain ownership of your original content. Separate permission is needed to use member testimonials or private submissions for marketing.
Resources, rewards, and third-party services
Primal materials are provided for personal use; do not republish or commercially redistribute them without permission unless an item expressly permits it. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ terms. Rewards are internal program benefits subject to eligibility, the current published program rules, and owner approval of redemption; they are not cash or a bank balance. External websites, Google meetings, and booking tools have their own terms. Primal cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access or the availability of external services.
