Frequently Asked Questions
Does chiropractic care hurt?
Most patients find chiropractic adjustments comfortable. Depending on your condition and the techniques used, you may experience mild soreness afterward, similar to beginning a new exercise routine. We’ll always explain what we’re doing and tailor your care to your comfort level.
Will I need X-rays?
Not always. If we believe X-rays are clinically appropriate, we’ll explain why and discuss them with you before moving forward. Our recommendations are based on your history, examination findings, and individual needs.
Do you accept insurance?
We operate outside the insurance model to provide care based on your health, not insurance limitations. This allows us to offer transparent pricing, longer visits, and recommendations centered around your goals.
How many visits will I need?
There isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer. Your recommendations will depend on your health history, examination findings, goals, and how your body responds to care. We’ll discuss our recommendations openly so you can make an informed decision.
Can I even come if i’m not in pain?
Absolutely. Many patients choose chiropractic care to improve movement, support an active lifestyle, maintain spinal health, and invest in long-term wellness, not just when something hurts.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit includes a conversation about your health, a comprehensive examination, and any clinically appropriate assessments. If appropriate, we’ll discuss our findings, answer your questions, and explain our recommendations before beginning care.
Is chiropractic care safe?
Chiropractic care is widely used for spine and musculoskeletal conditions and is generally considered safe when provided by a licensed chiropractor. Every patient is evaluated individually to determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate, and if we believe another provider or additional testing is needed, we’ll let you know.
Do I have to become a member?
No. You’re always welcome to pay per visit. Membership is simply an option for people who want to make chiropractic care part of their long-term health routine while receiving additional value and benefits.
Can chiropractic care help my condition?
Every person and every condition is different. Rather than promising results for a diagnosis, we focus on improving how your body functions, moves, and adapts. During your examination, we’ll discuss whether chiropractic care is appropriate for your situation and what you can realistically expect.
